Hi, I'm John Tobin, an award-winning, published photographer mixing elements of Photography, Art and Graphic Design. 

I bring more than three decades of portrait photography experience to every project. I've been a photographer since the day I was born, and a Photoshop enthusiast long before Photoshop was born. I’ve been blessed to have photographed over 15,000 children and more than 6,500 families in addition to numerous Events, Sports, Commercial Photography, Lifestyle, Architecture and Product (Weddings too, before I stopped to focus on more specialized and creative photography). I have enjoyed positions with several national and regional portrait companies over the years as Photographer, Studio Manager, Trainer, District Manager, and Vice President.

As a specialist I am neither a "natural light" photographer or a "strobist". Experience does not limit me to one or the other (often the best light consists of both). Whether the location requires sun, shade, strobes, reflectors, or a combination of light modifiers, I use what is necessary for premium results. This comes from a rich variety of experiences with people of all ages, crafting images with light and lens.

In addition to the above I enjoy photographing events and setting up my studios on location, giving clients high quality photography and products even in a high-volume photography setting. Green screen photography accounts for 50% of my work. Since imagination is the only limitation, I encourage you to be creative with me.
